Maybe you have same issue as I do, one of the pins is pushed back.. I noticed small metal piece next to the charging pad, most like that is the spring that kept the pin up.
This lousy design has been problem for quite a many people.

My Sense is about 4 months old, I had a Charge 3 with bad dispaly and now this, maybe it is time to give up Fitbit products and head for the Finnish Suunto next time...

Smart move! I plan on accepting the loss and going with Apple.

My fitbit sence is not charging as well, the simple response from support was, your watch is damaged and no under warranty,

so according to fitbit support i throw away a $400 watch.
not mentioning that this watch was a headache since i bought it, as it took them 6 months to fix the syncing issue,

and 2 month ago it started to give huge number of stairs climing, when i only climb max of 10 stairs a day.
and now the watch is shut down and not charging.
After being a customer of fitbit the only response was throw your watch we can not do anything.
i think it is tome to switch to another brand that respects its customer

Thanks Tania. Fitbit have given me a cursory response about my charging
issue as of now, and the watch is under warranty. But some of the other
problems you mention i have faced as well, and i thought they were my
errors of implementation. Syncing is slow and incomplete, no EDA scan has
ever been possible and it records very few of the steps i take!
