Sense is stuck on clock face

My sense 2 is stuck on the clock face. It won't swipe, but the side button is working fine and set up for Google Assistant.  This shows up fine. I just can't swipe to exercise and other apps. I've restarted it, to no avail, and the device lock IS disabled. Is there a separate 'screen lock'?

Hi @Shaneog and @Snoopdog55 ! Warm welcome to the forums.

I appreciate your messages, and I'm sorry to hear you experienced the screen stuck on Fitbit logo with your devices.

Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts ( @Snoopdog55 thanks for your advice, highly appreciated).

May I recommend trying the following steps :

1. Manually sync your device:

  1. With your Fitbit device nearby, open the Fitbit app and select the Today tab .
  2. Tap and hold on the screen, then pull down until a progress bar appears at the top.
  3. Release your finger and wait for the progress bar to fill. If it doesn’t sync, continue to the next step.

2. Restart your device:
