The time is off on my Sense

so suddenly my Fitbit Sense decides its 8hours earlier than it should be. I open my phone app (which I detest with a passion - real nasty to people with accessibility issues) and it says it cannot sync because there is a difference in time.  The phone is about 6 inches away from the fitbit at the time. I click the relevant place to find out how to fix the time and it says to first sync. How stupid is that????

Hi @OF - that is a conundrum! Did you try restarting both watch and phone and try syncing again?
