My sense screen is frozen on the home screen. I’m very disappointed. I really had my hopes up for this watch, and spent the money hoping it would be worth it. But it’s been giving me a complete inaccurate floor count and the battery life is abt 4 days. Now the watch is stuck on the Home Screen. I want a refund.

huge disappointment!! Google / Fitbit should be ashamed. Continually having problems with not syncing.

Hi @AriKohn without knowing what phone that you are asking for help with, if on android, did you install Friday's update?
Otherwise please look at the sync tips.

Have both Google Pixel 4XL and Google Pixel 3XL. Uninstalled and
reinstalled at least 5 times yesterday. Restarted both phones multiple
times.
