My Sense frequently autorecognizes aerobic activity while I am reading in bed first thing in the morning. Must I turn off autorecognition or is there a better solution? Thanks.

Hi, @Kolibri66 , if your Sense is detecting aerobic activity while you are in bed reading it would be worth checking your heart rate reading during those times, as it should only detect such activity when you have an elevated heart rate - or the Fitbit thinks that you do!

I thought the same thing so I checked my heart rate and saw nothing to indicate my heart rate was elevated (nor did I feel it). Seeing as I have myocarditis, it concerns me. I'd like to get to the bottom of it since my cardiologist says all is well yet my heart is doing aerobics every other morning according to the tracker! Thanks for your reply.
