Sense is unresponsive

My sense all of a sudden (2 days ago) randomly restarts sometimes gets stuck on the logo screen. I was able to force a reset a couple times but it won't swipe. And today it won't connect to my phone has a random time on it and it won't restart at all now like the button doesnt work I can only wake it by tapping on the screen. It's fully charged.

Thanks for letting me know about your Sense and the steps that you've tried. Before anything else, may I know if you feel a vibration when pressing the button? If not, do you see green lights on the back of your watch? Also, what is the model of your phone?

In the meantime, I'd recommend trying the following steps in the given order:

  1. Forget your Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Reboot your phone and restart your watch one more time.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture at the top left corner.
  4. Tap Add More Devices, select your Sense and follow the on-screen instructions.
