My sense out of the blue started non-stop vibrating and then rebooting. Now it won’t turn respond. The screen is black and then side button isn’t working. I tried all the steps yesterday with customer support…changing the clock face, hard reset, and adding a new device on my app. Nothing worked. I put it on the charger because all of the activity was causing the battery to drain. It got up to a 100% charge (as indicated on my app), but now the app can’t find it at all. Is it dead? I do find it odd that I am not the only one this happened to yesterday. My Fitbit app said the wallet was going to migrate to Google wallet soon. I never used either wallet. The set up walllet alert kept vibrating and coming on over and over before it started rebooting. I thought it was the Google update. Now my Sense isn’t working at all!
