My fitbit sense has completely stopped displaying any numbers and data whatsoever. I am finally got my watch face to show by switching in the app. I can't even restart it. Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi @AngelaL04. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for letting me know about your Sense and for trying the restart. Just to confirm, do you feel a vibration when pressing the button? Also, does it respond when swiping on the screen? Please try changing the clock face and performing a restart one more time. Make sure your watch is updated to the latest version.

I did manage to get it rebooted and it is ok now. I will give details about my issue so that you may better assist customers in the future if they have this issue.
Yes I felt vibrations and I was about to swipe through menu. Text of any kind however was NOT displayed. I got mine rebooted by swiping to the settings icon and scrolling all the way down. Even though I could not see any text, the final option is a shutdown option on the menu. I pressed it and waited a moment before restarting. All the text returned one I turned it back on.
Changing the watchface does NOT help this issue.
