Sense isn't fully syncing

Sense was syncing all aspects but today not syncing anything except steps. I have followed all of the instructions to restart both the app, phone and the fitbit. Still not syncing anything except steps. Has not synced O2 sat in the last month or more.

Thanks for every step tried on your own. It's odd that only your steps are syncing correctly and just to confirm, have you tried the troubleshooting tips described in this help article? If that's correct, I'd recommend reconnecting your watch to the Fitbit app with the following steps:

 

  1. Forget your Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select your Sense, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.
