My sense will not sync with the app on my phone or the actual phone to use it to get my calls and texts.

Which operating system does your phone have? iOS, Android? Make sure having the latest Fitbit App version is installed.

 

Is your Sense set up so it can receive calls and texts from your phone. Feel free to check out the fitbit article:

Receive call, text message, calendar, and other notifications on your Fitbit watch or tracker if you have a compatible phone.
