Sense isn't syncing

Reset everything, again, still has not synced in days. I don't have time to troubleshoot or visit a Help Forum daily. Never had these issue with the older models. Received as a gift. Would like to return! Not much works as advertised.

Sorry to hear it is not working for you, @Dekemp273. Could you tell us what phone you are using, and which version of the app?   I have not had any syncing issues with mine.

Hello @Dekemp273 Welcome to the Community Forums! Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you've followed. 

 

@USAF-Larry  @Rich_Laue I appreciate your input! @Dekemp273 It would be great if you can provide more details about the experience. In the meantime, I would suggest following the troubleshooting steps suggested by @Rich_Laue and if possible provide the model and the version of the operating system of your mobile device as @USAF-Larry mentioned.
