Sense silent alarm doesn't go off

My silent alarm does not go off on my fitbit sense and I'm not sure why? I have it set as a reocurring alarm for work everyday, and it has gone off once out of 3 possible days!

Not sure if this helps however I have a recurring alarm that does wake me up every morning. I have looked at the alarm app on the watch and the days the alarm is set to go off is in yellow and those days where the alarm is not set in white.

if I click on the alarm, on is highlighted in yellow and off white and each day the alarm is required is ticked.

I've just had a look at mine again, and on the alarm list the days to go off are set to white, and the days i don't want it to go off are black. When in that particular alarm setting the days are all ticked to go off! Do you think this is right or is it because they aren't yellow on the alarm

This is what my alarm looks like. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are set for on and Wednesday, Friday etc. Off.

Yeah that's what I have too! The only thing I thought was could it be to do eith syncing? Although I'm not sure why that would impact it!

You could always delete the alarm and try again. Sorry I can’t be of more help.

@HarrietM28 as @Basandy suggested, please try to remove and re-add the alarm to see if that works. For instructions, please see:
