I switched from Ionic to Sense.

what a mistake. constantly having issues. now sense only intermittently tracks floors.

I’m thinking maybe a google tech problem. they might be messing what worked?

Hi, @Jkg123, welcome to the community, you may be interested in this third-party article Fitbit floors climbed not accurate? Here's what to do. 

I must admit I pay very little attention to this function, the data is not used in any other algorithm so it does not impact any important output from your Fitbit app.
