My sleep is not being tracked properly. Only got my sense 4 days ago and it’s saying I’m not getting simplified sleep details because it couldn’t get a consistent heart rate. Which then feeds into other functions of the watch not working. I have worn it differently each night, looser, tighter, higher up, on different wrist and nothing seems to be working!

Hi @Kye87. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for sharing that your sleep details haven't been recorded correctly, as well for the steps that you've tried on your own. I'm sorry that you're having this experience and let me give you a hand with this matter. Based on the message that you're getting on the Fitbit app, may I know if your watch has been tracking your heart rate accurately? Even though you've tried to adjust the band on your wrist, did you try wearing your watch a finger’s width above your wrist bone? I'd recommend to restart your watch and wear it on your other wrist for one night making sure to adjust the wrist setting as described here. Let me know how it goes
I'll look forward to your reply.
