I thought all was working well, but something odd this morning. After waking, I noticed that the SpO2 watch face indicated two bars. It did that the first time I used it, and after a a short while the watch face indicated a reading. This morning, nothing at all, even after waiting about 30 minutes. I changed the watch face to something else, then back again to the SpO2 watch face, and a % amount was indicated. Same reading as the night before. I wondered, was it the night before reading, or actually last night's reading? Do you think something is wrong with either the app, watch face or the watch itself? Everything else seems to be fine. Thank you folks.

@JerryIonic I understand that it can take up to an hour after synching in the morning before all of the captured data has been processed and presented on your watchface.

Really, that long! I guess everything is OK then. Thank you, Mike. I appreciate you getting back to me. Very much appreciated. Question, Mike. If I change out the watch face before it finishes calculations, will the calculations still finish, or does changing watch faces before it finishes cancel it out? Cheers!!

This morning it al went very quickly but on other days it has taken some time after synching. I think the calculations are carried out elsewhere so swapping clock faces after synching shouldn't have any effect. When you go into health metrics on the app you will see if it has registered info for each night. It would be helpful if it said 'processing data' instead of no data from last sleep.
There is also a manual and FAQ at the bottom of the Fitbit Manuals page - https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/manuals.htm

Thank you. Actually, it did say processing data. I thought perhaps there was an issue since it was taking so long. I will wait it out tomorrow morning and see what happens. Thanks for the link. Cheers!!

Indeed the 'sleep data' will say processing data but under the 'health metrics' it does not say this and the SpO2 graph does not mention this either - it just state that there is no data which confuses some people 🙂
