Sense isn't turning on

Just got the sense last week. Went to put it on charge, got it off charge when done and it won't turn on. Just vibrates and the fitbit icon will come on screen like trying to boot up but doesn't. I've tried holding button to reset, nothing. I've tried I'm pairing and pairing back and can't bc it says device is off...not happy with the amount of money I just spent for this to happen a week later.

Hi,

 

This may be a silly question but did you install the Fitbit app and follow the setup procedure to add the device to it?

Yes, it was synced to my phone fine up until yesterday. Took it off to charge it checked it within that period it was in 55% and was still turned on everything was fine so I let it keep charging then went back to get it later and it was off and will not come back on.

When you open the Fitbit app, do you get any error messages.
