Sense isn't working

My tracker stopped tracking everything but steps and heart rate. I don't get notifications anymore. It doesn't track sleep, skin temp, or anything. It's literally just an expensive watch and does nothing.   I updated software, reinstalled app, restarted the watch and nothing helped. Every time I try to contact support I get routed to the forum even with a premium subscription. It's super disappointing.
