😠Talk about disappointing. I just upgraded to the Sense and I can not receive text messages on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus. I have done everything asked by support or anything I have googled with no luck. I can see the "New Text Message" but unable to open or see them. Any suggestions?

I got a new Fitbit Sense today, it could have tried to fix this and at least I succeeded.

Try it on your phone: Messages-> Settings-> Notifications-> In-app notifications-> Preview new messages-> On.

I also have a Galaxy Note 10+ and have no issues with any notifications.  Have you tried restarting your phone and Sense?

The same problem was with my Sense. Now it's in warranty service, I can't check it out. I thought that would be an incompatibility with Note 10+. But I just checked my fiancée Sense with Samsung Galaxy S9 + and was surprised because replying to sms via Sense is possible immediately without any problems.

If you think so, but I send to the warranty for another problem and then I didn't even think that at all Sense could be fully compatible with Note10 + when sending sms.

But as you can see from one comment, some managed to send sms without any problem. This means you need to perform a factory reset on your phone or look for a problem on your phone. This is unless when I get back the old or new Sense I will be able to respond. The only real fact I've seen is that it downloads without any problems with the S9 +.

I really don't think it's an incompatibility with the Note 10+ since it's really just a generic Android 11 device, not to mention a very mainstream device. The fact that mine works flawlessly is likely evidence of another problem.

I would suggest force stopping the Fitbit app, clearing the cache and trying again.  Also, if that doesn't work, you might want to unpair the Sense and re-pair it again.

I tried then to do all sorts of things due to another problem, such things were done and only much later after that I tried to send sms. And it didn't help because anyway sms wasn't possible to send out of Sense. Android 11 (One Ui 3.0). One can try not to press and hold the 10s button, as Fitbit support often offers, but a real Fitbit Sense Hard Reset and maybe it will help:

Mine has been acting up since this morning. I have a S9+. I have no idea what they did, it worked fine before that.

Yes ... I actually figured it out on my own yesterday and sent an email to Fitbit with the exact same info you just provided me. Thanks
