So...  I originally tagged this onto onto the previous topic but I feel this needs addressed again!

I bought this watch with the expectation that it worked as advertised!  I got the watch and connected it.... Well, the watch started disconnecting from Bluetooth, then it started to disconnect from Google assistant....  The longer I had it the worse it got!

So no results from support.  I want to know what you, Google, are going to do to fix this for myself and everyone else that you weren't able to help b/c you can't find a fix???  The battery time on the Google watches su_k!  I had one and returned it, then bought another FitBit. IDK about anyone else but I don't have time to charge my watch every night!  I'm a nurse I must have a working watch!

So I spent all this money and I don't get the product that was promised to me.  I gave Google so long to fix it, that I can't return or even exchange it.   So Google what are you going to do to fix this ?????

Message from a very dissatisfied 10+ year Fitbit owner!!!!  Plus the other folks having similar issues!!!

---

Oh I forgot!  I can't get it to go to Farenhight either, no matter what I do....  So now I have to learn to convert from Celsius?????

Hi @katiediem - it is not normal if your watch needs charging daily and may indicate it is damaged, possibly if it's been used in water.

As regards the disconnecting (no longer syncing) of the watch, this can be due to the Fitbit App or the fault in the watch, and of course affects Google Assistant.

If you look in the forums there are lots about that issue.

You may have some improvement if you logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it.

Restart the phone and watch.

You may also need to remove the Bluetooth entries so new ones can be made, automatically or by setting up the watch again, to replace your existing set-up.
