I recently got a fitbit sense, tried setting it up. It was giving me trouble with this and just acting up so I decided to restart it by holding the button for 10 seconds. It eventually flashed off, wouldnt come back on. The light on the back is on and solid, won't turn off. The screen is off, and it doesnt respond to the button.
What is my best bet here? Let it die to turn off and try again?

Hi there, @lumia0614. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Sense is unresponsive. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Have you tried connecting your Sense to the charger and see if it turns on? It sounds like the battery might have ran out after the troubleshooting steps you tried. I'd recommend charging your Sense around 1-2 hours. Then, try restarting your Fitbit device once again by following the steps provided here.
