Hi. I bought an iPhone 14 to replace an iPhone SE. I had no problems with the iPhone SE and the Sense connects and syncs fine with the iPhone 14 but the Bluetooth connection keeps dropping out for no obvious reason. It didn't do this with the iPhone SE. This is annoying as I keep the phone on silent when I am working (I am a GP) and I miss incoming calls and messages as I don't get any notifications whilst the Sense is not connected. I can easily re-connect the Sense to the iPhone by switching the Fitbit app on the iPhone off and on again and it will connect and be fine for a few hours and then lose the Bluetooth again without obvious reason. I have read, and tried, all the suggestions that others have kindly posted without success. It must surely be something about the Fitbit because other Bluetooth connections to the iPhone seem to work ok. Any new suggestions? Thanks, Alan

Hi. I contacted Fitbit support and they suggested the following and to my complete surprise it seems to have worked! Hope it works for you if you are having Bluetooth connection problems! A
Thanks for the details. Share with me that you've done these for your Fitbit app:
- Force close then re-launch the app.
- Restart your phone, then re-launch the app.
Let me know if you've done the following for syncing the Fitbit and the notifications:
- Open Bluetooth Settings in your phone.
- If your Fitbit is listed as pair device, please impair it from the Bluetooth list.
- Turn off Bluetooth.
- Restart your watch https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm.
- Turn on the Bluetooth. (However, do not connect the watch to Bluetooth, since we're going to make the connection between the phone and the watch through the Fitbit app)
- Open the Fitbit app.
- Pull down the screen to sync.
- Tap on Your Fitbit device image.
- Scroll down to notifications
- Enable all permissions to the app and enable notifications.

Hi @Appin - It can be an issue with changing phone or the new phone settings.
Firstly ensure that your watch is removed from the Bluetooth of any devices other than the new iPhone 14.
Secondly check that the new phone does not have battery savings enabled that is blocking the Fitbit App or associated services from running in background.

Fitbit sense keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth
Make sure you turned on the Controls on your Fitbit device via Settings > Vibration & audio > scroll down to Controls and verify they are on and that it shows as paired. Open your phone's Bluetooth settings and check that your Fitbit's Controls are listed as a device in your list of paired Bluetooth devices.
Regards,
Diana
