Sense keeps restarting and it is not syncing

My sense keeps restarting during workouts and not syncing with phone. I’ve tried disconnecting, reconnecting, deleting and then redownloading the app.. it doesn’t look like an update is available to download as others have said sometimes that helps.. thoughts?

Thank you for the information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting. In regards with the syncing inconvenience, I'd recommend making sure that you've followed all the recommended steps suggested in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

Regarding the issue that is performing reboots to your Fitbit Sense while doing a workout, I'd appreciate if you could provide us with more details: 

 

  • Does this happen when performing a specific workout? 
  • Have you noticed if it's at a specific time during the workout?

Also, if you haven't done so, I'd recommend performing a manual restart by following the steps suggested in this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I’ve already followed the “why won’t my Fitbit device sync” steps.. 

 

it restarts in walking / running exercises and struggled to connect to gps.


it happens all throughout from start to finish of the workout..

My sense will restart when an exercise is selected (say walking). Maybe 20 min into the walk.

This is a known problem. If you search you’ll find some threads on this.

 

I don’t have a problem syncing though.


What Phone, app version, and firmware you running?
