Sense keeps restarting on its own

My fitbit sense crashed after my sister wore my watch. The watch turned off after my daily step Goal was met (foot symbol and watch vibration). My fitbit keeps restarting on its own (flashing fitbit symbol then black screen) non stop but does not turn on. I have tried holding 10 seconds but does not work.

Please help!!!

I wonder if the watch sensed another user and malfunctioned?

Thanks for the detailed information and the steps tried prior to posting. This isn't the behavior that we expect from the Sense as it should continue working regardless of the wearer.
