Sense wont set up

I'm trying to set up my Sense but the fitbit app keeps searching but doesn't find it...keeps asking me 'is my Sense powered on'?

 

I've removed my Versa 3 from my fitbit app and tried setting up on both my phone and tablet. Switched off and on numerous times and switched Bluetooth on and off several times too. 

 

Can someone please help? It's driving me mad! Thanks

By "switching off and on numerous times" are you referring to your Sense or your phone?

 

Are you able to do a restart by long pressing the side button?

I've turned both my phone off and on again and long pressed the button on the side but it's just not doing anything 🤔

@Trowsdalefamily You have to long press for about 9 seconds or so. The screen will turn off, almost like an old TV with a link, and it'll restart.
