Sense keeps stopping getting notifications alerts

Got the Fitbit sense on Christmas and I’m disappointed in it. I’ve paired the watch with my iPhone pro 12 and I keep not getting no notifications from text messages or other alerts. I have to keep going in to Bluetooth settings and forgetting the device and then pair it back together.I have to do this nearly every other day. Why do I have to keep doing this? It’s so frustrating. I used to never have to do this with my charge 2. Please someone help me!!!!

Can not say @Emmamun1989 but next time, I would open the Fitbit app Account - Sense - Notifications. Tap on the 3 Dots in the top right. You may get an error and you get asked to approve something, or see enable notifications.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve just tried what you said. I clicked onto notifications and nothing happens. It goes dark grey and then back to white. I’ve tried swiping the app up to close it down and turned my phone off.

@Emmamun1989 with android phones. swiping the app will only close half off the app. The user needs to use the stop app through the phone settings / Apps / Fitbit.

You probably need to reinstall the Fitbit App.
