My Fitbit Sense lasted 18 months before getting stuck on the FitBit logo. Under UK warranty Fitbit replaced the unit, but the replacement was dead on arrival. FitBit replaced it with a second unit. This one worked, but after a couple of weeks the SpO2 stopped reading. 2 months later, the 2nd unit has now died. I am still within the 2 year warranty period so about to call the 'helpline' again for a 3rd replacement. Even if I receive a 3rd replacement, how can Fitbit justify a product at this price with such atrocious lifespan & reliability? Between this and the terrible new version of the App, I am unlikely to purchase another Fitbit. Why would I waste my money on such poor reliability when the main differentiating feature from Apple Watch (the App) is no longer any good?
