Sense loosing steps

I synced my sense and had over 6500 steps. Next time I looked at it it had dropped to 3700!!! Anyone else had this problem? I’ve only had the sense for 2 weeks. Thanks

The same thing happened to me.  I did over 10000 steps and it vibrated ok but when I looked later it took me back to 9400.  How do you correct this.
