I have Sony Xperia 10 III. Nearly every day the Bluetooth connection drops. When I check my settings, the Sense doesn't appear in available devices, or even in the list of devices connected in the past.
I know I can reconnect by restarting the watch, and sometimes I need to also restart the phone.
But I don't want to have to do this nearly every day!
I miss incoming calls and messages, and the reason is almost always that there is no Bluetooth connection.
Today in the Fitbit App, I saw a message that Bluetooth had been disabled, and I could re-enable it. I did, and it said that it was successful and then it started the synchronization. Then it shows that it's been successfully synchronized.
But it still doesn't show up in my phone settings as a connected device. Also none of the messages or notifications that I received today have been downloaded. My sleep was synchronized, though.

This is happening to me also. Every day my Sense loses bluetooth connection. Its so annoying! Calls, messages and notifications then stop coming through, so the watch is as good as useless at that point. I have an iPhone 8, the iOS is up to date and I have removed my previous Fitbit Ionic (which Ironically never used to drop connection) from the Fitbit app. There is no logical reason why this keeps happening. My wife and I got a new Sense at the same time, and hers is working fine (paired to an iPhone 12). Fitbit, please help! Do you have a solution to this problem?

After my recent post, I tried again to restart the phone and the watch, but I still wasn't getting any messages or notifications, the Sense was still not listed on the phone settings as a connected device, and was not shown as an available device.
Then about an hour later, I got a message on my phone that a new device was requesting a connection. It was my Sense. I gave my OK, and then all the messages and and notifications of the past 24 hours began to download to the watch.
There must be two levels of communication between the watch and the phone. The Fitbit App is able to communicate and "synchronize" while the phone is not aware of any Bluetooth connection, and does not even show the watch as a formerly connected or available device.
I don't understand how this is possible, but I have witnessed it.

The Bluetooth connection problems seem to have been resolved since the recent firmware update. The funny thing is that for two days after the update, nothing had changed. Then suddenly on the third day I reconnected, as I had been doing nearly every day, and I've had no further problems. The connection is maintained unless I'm really out of range. When I come back within range, it reconnects automatically.
