Sense lost GPS data while hiking

Went for a hike and used fitbit app on lg v60, to track my hike, when finished synced with app, hike showed up, no hr info, then when it synced again it lost the hiking data, showing only a 0.25 mike hike at a pace of 270 feet per stride, funny. Now it won't even load on the app. This has been a known issue on other fitbit devices, please fix this.  I did pause my hike a couple of times, heard that could be the problem, still fix it, or I will have to get a garmin, better gps tracking.

@Renche do you mean you started the workout in the Fitbit app? Have you tried starting on Sense?

Hello @Renche Welcome to the Community Forums! @Marrrmaduke I appreciate your input!

If MobileRun was used to track your Hike activity, take into consideration that this feature should not generate a workout intensity map or provide HR data. In this case I suggest you to track your activity on your Sense. For more information, please check:

How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?

Also, take into consideration that manually log activities can override the data of your activities.

Keep me posted.
