Sense lost its clock faces

My Fitbit sense has lost its clocks. The only one that I still have only shows the time everything else is missing. Has this happened to anyone else? I’ve only had it for six months.

Hi @Leah1111. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To work on this, may I know if by losing its clocks you refer to your Sense not showing your 5 clock faces saved in the Clocks App? Or is the issue with the clock faces not showing your details? If possible, please take a picture of what is displayed on your watch and attach it to your reply.

In the meantime, let's give a try to the following:

  1. Forget your Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Try removing and saving your clock faces one more time and let me know how it goes.

Hope this helps.

I did all of that and still no complete clock face. Clock time is showing up but no stats.

Hi @Leah1111. It's good to see you again.

Thanks for trying the suggestions posted above. I'm sorry the issue persists and to work on this, could you confirm the name of the clock face you're using on your Sense? Have you tried changing the clock face to see if others work? Additionally, please take a picture of what is displayed on your watch and attach it to your reply as this will help me to further investigate on my end.

See you around.

Hi Lizzy

im also having that problem except I have lost all clock faces. I followed your instructions above but with no luck. To make things worse my iPhone cannot now detect my sense. (I’ve tried restarting my phone but still no luck)

Do you have some further suggestions?

thanks Michelle

Hi @madams63  -  it is possible you have Always On mode enabled on the watch. To check swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and check the correct  icons are enabled, you only really need the wrist wake one enabled [middle bottom]
