my watch just stopped working. I have been all over these message boards and you tube trying to 'fix' anything that might be wrong and causing it to drain, not keep a charge, and just shut down. My cord is fine, the sensors it attaches to is fine, nothing is on all the time, no notifications, etc, etc, etc. I have only had this watch 18 months and I am so disappointed. There have been several times that it just stopped working and I would have to hard reset several times to get it to work. This is not worth the money. I went from a versa to a sense because I was having similar problems with versa. I am not leaving fitbit all together and going with a different brand.
so disappointing!

Hi @Chevis22 , @Sochie - the moment the watch suddenly starts rapid battery draining and behaving oddly is generally a sign it has suffered internal damage, most probably from water getting in, the watch may even get hot while charging, and if so stop immediately.
The seals aren't that robust and can deteriorate over time to the point that some faces even become detached.
If that is not the problem a factory reset or even a clock face change may help.
You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support to be sure it's not something simple.

Restart Sense
If you can't sync Sense or you have trouble with tracking your stats or receiving notifications, restart your watch from your wrist: To restart your watch, press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button
