Hi,
My fitbit sense is getting me (again) way too many floor.
IE: Working from home today, without any open windows or else, and have already 3 floors counted.
I have days with more than 120 floors without doing any hicking or something similar.
I already have restarted and is already up to date .

Hi @jahsam - this is not something that can generally be fixed. Once the sensor and firmware aren't calibrated in sync it is probably not resolvable.
The only thing you can do is install the latest firmware and check cleaning carefully in case the pressure sensor hole is partially blocked, it is very delicate.
The watch should not measure floors unless there are a certain number steps involved.
You can either live with it if it isn't under warranty or get it replaced if it is, but you may get a watch which has other faults, so it is important to get the priorities correct.
