I was part of the IONIC recall. My Ionic was awesome. Rarely any issues, decent battery life ECT. I got the Sense with my refund thinking it comparable. Not hardly. I waited excited for 2 months to receive it. I was never given the option for the "free 1 yr premium" at checkout. The Sense loses GPS when in use, battery life is less than two days with nothing special. No fancy clock face, notification, texts, calls, music ECT. I use a Google Pixel 4. Perhaps the 6 day battery is leaving it on the countertop unused? What a disappointment. I want my Ionic back, or better yet, I'll look for something away from FITBIT. They obviously need to fudge their stats and their products for profit Unfortunate, as I've used FITBIT for years.

Battery life - make sure you don't have snore detect turned on.

Same for me. Was happy with the Ionic. After purchasing the Sense I was left with approx. AUD$ 100. I couldn't be happier. Happier even than I was with the Ionic that I liked a lot! I don't use silly apps like snore and Sp02 and get just over 8 days battery life with the screen on auto/10secs.
As for the Ionic I don't let it near water, (except a bit of sweat) so hopefully I'll get some longevity out of it.
Great watch!

Sounds like you have alot of complaints.
I never received the 1 yr premium either. I bought a Versa and got the 6 months (I believe that was promotional at the time) within a month decided I wanted the sense and returned the Versa. Bought the sense outright and haggled with customer service about the 1 yr premium for a few weeks, I the gave up and pd 1yr in full. Figured my time was worth more. I’ve since learned to turn off every feature I do not use. Figure I can alway reactivate a feature. I get 5 days with about 15 percent before I charge. I text, outlook, phone calls, email, SpO2, walk with gps. No snore report. Tried it for a week to get a baseline.
I have the face on “button to activate and on dim.
Common sense would be to shut it off when set on countertop for 6 days. 🤯

Thank you. I umm, was being sarcastic about the countertop, meaning NOT in use = promised battery life.

There are a couple of things that aren't particularly useful that you can disable to significantly improve battery life. The first one as @JohnnyRow mentions is snore detection, and the second is the night time SpO2 tracking. With these off I get close to 5/6 days.

Yep, as I called them above, the silly apps. Battery hogs!
