Is there an update for this issue coming? I've read a number of posts here and elsewhere describing the same issue with no real solution. I'm on a s21 with the latest updates. Not all of us are the average consumer. I've put my phone and fitbit through all the troubleshooting possible, the same or better than a tech over the phone can give and nothing. Had fitbit since they first came out and too bad I'm brand loyal or I should've switched to something else after the same issues I've experienced on the last two releases. Pay too much for it to not work right. Takes too long for us to troubleshoot with a tech. And the mediocre mod responses are laughable. All I want is it to be fixed or updated..I shouldn't have to prove what fitbit already knows ..that there's an ongoing issue.

And before I'm asked ...I always put my fitbits in a protective case..with a screen protector..so they havent been exposed to water or heavy sweat and no they don't block the mic.
