When will this issue be fixed? I switched from a Fitbit Luxe (that crapped out) to a Fitbit Sense and it miscounts my lane swim every time! All my setting are spot on and I pause between laps, don’t flip kick off the end and I don’t count my flutter board lengths. Every swim when I’m done swimming 1200m it shows the distance as over by as much as 250m, and displays 1450m today. Annoying because o was looking forward to not having to keep count each swim.
Honestly, the Luxe was more accurate in measuring and recording the distance.
Looking through older posts is showing me this has been an ongoing issue for at least a couple of years now.
I’ve tried everything!
