Hi, Has anyone else noticed the first two lengths whilst using the swimming app, do not appear on watch screen (overall exercise data). I’ve noticed it’s starts from length 3. Ive asked Fitbit, they don’t seem to understand!. Does not make sense to me. I’m using the sense watch..

Thanks for sharing that your Sense didn't track your swim data correctly and for your efforts in contacting Fitbit. Let's work on this together. Because you mentioned the first two lengths didn't appear on the Exercise app, may I know if they were included in your overall exercise data after syncing with the Fitbit app? How many times have you noticed this issue? Does the same happen when tracking your swim with the SmartTrack function?
If you've not done so, I'd recommend to perform a restart to refresh your watch's performance. Also, on your Sense open the Exercise app > Swim and make sure the pool length is set correctly.

I am not 100% sure, but I don’t think so. Definitely one of the time no. I’ve restarted yes, as one of your colleagues advised this.

Thanks for getting back with the requested information and for your efforts in trying the restart process. Because your post didn't mention, please double check the pool length is set correctly on your Sense when using the Exercise app and try using the SmartTrack function to auto-detect your swim activity and see if your data is tracked accurately.
