I recently got the Sense which I often use to control the music on my phone and I'm disappointed with the Sense controls.
Firstly, the Sense controls keep disconnecting, forcing me to unpair to reconnect.
Secondly, it seems that the only controls available are for volume, I can't pause or skip songs.
This can be inconvenient for me as I listen to music often because I'm autistic and music helps keep anxiety down. I used to have the Ionic, the music controls weren't the best as when the battery died it would unpair from my phone. But I had full control over music whether it was from Youtube, Amazon, the phones music or even books from Audible. And I'm not subscribing to another music service as I prefer to use the apps on my phone.
Are there any solutions for these issues especially the control aspect?

Hi @Josh498 - when double pressing the button to bring up Music controls, click on the music sign and it should show you the currently playing song and be able to skip to the next or previous one and allow volume changing.
If the phone isn't setup correctly to keep the Fitbit App running in background then the Music controls may disconnect from time to time.

Hi Guy, Thanks, I didn't realise you had to press the button twice as I've been swiping to the left screen, then pressing the speaker icon. Thank you again.
