Can’t start my new Sense

I have received a new Fitbit Sense, but it doesent works, so I need a new one

Hi @Tullebuss - it can happen but first make sure that the charge cable or power source isn't an issue. see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen 

 

If you do need to get a replacement, get a refund where you bought it and get another one, instead of exchanging it for a refurbished one which may not last.
