My Sense was showing 6 % battery and I placed it on the charger and its been 3 days it shows battery empty on the app. Now the device is stuck on the Fitbit logo...Customer service had me trouble shoot and attempt to do a device set up which erased the device from my app. Bluetooth doesn't even pick it up anymore. This is so frustrating. I have never had a problem with the device, so placing it on the charge shouldnt cause it to not charge, and be stuck on the logo. I guess I will contact customer service and see about a replacement

Hi @FirstladyC - often when it won't charge it is a simple cleaning issue or a faulty charge cable, see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
Your watch is probably not faulty so until you are sure, keep it.
If you return it you may get a refurbished replacement. Better to take it to where you bought it for a new one, as they are not repaired.
You should be able to get a new charge cable from Fitbit though under warranty or get one online.
