I’m on my second Sense in 4 months. My beloved Versa died & I decided to upgrade and it’s been nothing but one big headache. They sent me a new watch - now that one is not working correctly. They sent a back up which I haven’t tried yet. It’s not picking up my heart rate during exercise, when I sleep or even just during the day. Two nights in a row now I have no sleep data because it “couldn’t get a consistent heart rate” - this is ALL THE TIME NOW. I’m reaching out to support one more time & if I don’t get a REAL resolution I will request a refund - yes I bought the extended warranty and I’m glad I did because this thing hasn’t worked right in 3 months since having it.

Hi, @Kbkelley423, welcome, do you have a tattoo on your wrist or scar where you wear your "Sense". The LED/sensor array measures the change in colour of the skin layer which is inked and if tattoed struggles to get a reading.

Yep, just had it done in may- could that really be it?? I guess I can try wearing it on my dominant wrist to see if that makes a difference.
