Best Answer@Denisema does your watch sync properly with Fitbit mobile app? When was the last successful sync? Open Fitbit mobile app and tap on your profile picture. Scroll down to Sense and check the timestamp of the last sync.

Best AnswerMy Fitbit Sense does the same thing. I have reset from C to F twice now. Another thing is that I have had to uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times now to get communication. Not a good feature for a $300.00 watch!
I totally agree for what we paid for these watches they are not holding up to the standards they promised. Thanks for your note.

@Denisema - check the settings for cities and also permissions in How to change Temperature - for Weather, Centigrade - Fahrenheit, Sense
Not specially that the watch must sync afterwards.
