My 5 month old, under warranty, Sense no longer charges. It started having the trouble charging for a couple of weeks before it stopped charging altogether. I tried different modes of charging (or., plug block port, PC port, clock radio port). I also cleaned both the watch and the charger according to Fitbit guidance but that did not fix the issue.
How do I go about replacing the charger?
Thanks

Hi, @ABDane welcome, If you are not able to get a replacement from "Customer Support" here (use the Chat or phone for a prompt response) then they are widely available on Amazon at a modest price.
There's a section on cleaning the back of your device in this article Fitbit Wear & Care, I successfully use rubbing alcohol with a cotton wool pad and a cotton bud to detail the little pits that take the charging pins.
I hope this helps.
Cheers

This happened to me but after around 1 year of use, it turned out to be my charger cable, one of the little pins was jammed. I couldnt fix it so I bought a new cable but I was genuinely stumped as to why it wasnt working for like 2 months before I finally realised the issue. I bought a new one from JB HI-FI, you should be able to go into the store and ask to try a new cable out (Just explain that you want to know if it is the cable or the fitbit that is broken before you buy a new cable for no reason) and if it responds then you know its the cable! Not sure if warranty covers the cable or not but JB has them for $29 (presume youre in Aus, if not then maybe different)

This is the exact right answer. I found one of the pins did not protrude enough like it should. I wish I had seen your respond before I spent time cleaner and resetting.
