My Sense is not charging anymore. I’m using the charge cord that came with the watch and tried multiple outlets. Also did power-cycle the watch before the battery was completed dead, which made no difference. Are there any troubleshooting steps for Sense charging issue or do I have to return this watch to Fitbit?

Thanks for letting me know about your Sense and for the troubleshooting tips tried prior to posting. I'm sorry that your watch is still not charging and to work on this together, let me recommend to try the following:

I just had this happen to me yesterday. In addition to the troubleshooting steps suggested by Lizzy, what worked for me was to slightly press the connector into place.
It used to be that just the magnetic draw would do the trick. That wasn't working yesterday, and instinctively, my next step was to clean the contacts. That didn't do it either, and as I wondered what to do, in pressing the plug very slightly, I felt it "click" into place, and that did the trick.
