Sense no longer tracking sleep with any accuracy

My sense thinks I'm sleeping when I'm quietly reading, and also omits hours of sleep time in bed. I'm not sure what to do, as I’ve already tried adjusting the sleep sensitivity and syncing.

Unrelated, but odd, my weather temp keep being reported in Celsius on my watch even though my settings say Fahrenheit and other measurements are consistent with my preferences in settings.

I'm actually considering not renewing my premium membership as I no longer trust the accuracy of the tracking, and I have been a satisfied customer for years.
