Yesterday, I went to exercise only to find that the app would crash immediately after selecting it on the Sense. I noticed that the app logo was missing but the word "exercise" remained. The "find my phone" app is the same and the "settings" icon is completely missing.
Then I noticed that the watch stopped syncing. Below is a list of things I have tried, many of which numerous times:
- reboot the Sense - restart phone - clear app cache - reinstall the Fitbit app - forget and re-pair Bluetooth - replace the device in fit it app
Results: I am now worse off. The device does not show in my phone's Bluetooth. The sense is no longer listed as one of my devices in the Fitbit app. I don't know how many times I've tried to setup the Sense through the app but it does not find the device. I can't even enter a chat with customer support. It says there's an error every time I've tried. The watch is 1.5 years old and never had an issue until yesterday.

Update: I did a factory reset on the Sense and that seems to have done the trick, for now. Hold the button on the side of the Sense down until the screen turns off. Let go and hold down again until you feel a vibration. Let go and hold down one last time.
