I have two Fitbit devises. Both where on my profile but have vanished. How do I reload them, particularly the min one I use the Sense watch.

Did you already install either in the Fitbit App?

 

If not please follow the setup procedure for the Sense

 

This will install the device in order for it to sync and upload the data from the watch

Hi @Bronwyn55 I would add the Sense first, then add your tracker that doesn't have the Fitbit OS

A user can not have to trackers that run Fitbit OS connected.
