Sense not auto recognizing exercise

Everything was working well until 2 weeks ago when sense stopped auto recognizing exercise. It doesn't show up even when I manually enter. Tried restarting, reinstalling, unpairing and sll troubleshooting. Still doesn't work. Anyone knows how to fix this? Thank you

Hi @anurapra - this may be a Fitbit App issue or a syncing issue.

Try logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone and watch.

Login again and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
