My Sense is not charging - had trouble since beginning but always worked eventually - now not charging at all. How do I go about getting a replacement? Any advice? As device is less than a year old should Fitbit provide a replacement? Any help appreciated. Many thanks

Before you do, check the charging cable to see that all 4 pins are protruding the same amount. There is a problem with some charging cords failing in that manner.
