Sense not charging - received replacement that doesn't even turn on

I reported that my sense that is less than 1 year old wasn't charging anymore.

They asked me to return everything at my cost.

What I received back under warranty is an after market sense and charging cable - but no straps

So I have a sense fitbit without straps.

The replacement sense doesn't even turn on after being charged for days.

This is the most frustrating experience for service for me.

it appears to be lacking in quality control

let alone quality assurance...what a frustrating experience. 

 

A Sense that does not charge with added issue of no straps for the Sense. 

 

Did the replacement Sense come with a new charging cable at least?
