Sense not charging

I have only had my sense for 1 year and for the last 6 months it won't seem to charge. I can go months without wearing it because it won't charge. The watch doesn't detect the charger. I know dried skin can get stuck in the charging holes, so I try my best to clear that

Hi, @Rslack27 - there is quite a common fault with the charge cables so if your watch is clean check the 4 pins on the charge cable are equally prominent and securely located and if they are try using a computer port to charge the watch.

You can buy another charge cable quite easily. A more sturdy one can be bought for a few dollars if you don't mind waiting [click photo].
